College Suggestions

I'm a freshman in Alabama right now, I'm trying to double major in Forensic Science and Art, and my dream school (more like the best one right now) is Syracuse Uni. I also need scholarships, if anyone has any idea for better colleges, how to get good scholarships, or anything like that, please tell me!! I also have a 3.7 GPA unweighted, and do AP as well as Honors, art club, art class, archery, and Asian cultures club.

In regards to scholarships I recommend signing up for Bold.com, Scholarship360 and Scholarships.com . All these sites have grade based and non-grade based scholarships and I've applied for a few myself and the sites are also really easy to navigate. not to mention Collegevine also offers scholarships. I applaud you for getting ahead of the game, most people don't start looking and applying for scholarships until junior year. Also, your clubs are really interesting so I'm sure when a college looks at your application they'll be impressed because most times extracurricular's are just as important to colleges as grades!

It depends on where you would want to study. For Forensic Science you have Penn State, SLU, and George Mason. They have SAT ranges from 1200 - 1350 so assuming your GPA reflects your future SAT you'll probably be either above or on the upper side of this. Loyola Chicago is also good and in Texas you have UT Austin and Texas A&M. These all depend on how heavily you want Forensic Science v Art to be and how much value you place on each.
