Cheap unis in the us and canada for international students?

Guys, give me somewhat affordable unis yall know about in North America. If it's in the us, i'd prefer a blue state.

For Mechanical Engineering

Slippery Rock University, in Western Pennsylvania. Abet certified mechanical engineering degree. Tuition and living on campus is 28,000. Tuition only is 13-14,000 International students get a 3500.00 scholarship and a 1500 dollar scholarship. Nice campus about an hour from Pittsburgh. Rolling admission

It depends on what you want to study.

- Lake Superior State is $33k per year. (blue state).

- Vaughn College is good for engineering and its 47k euros (blue state).

- UMaryland is 52k per year. (blue state).

these all include living costs
