Where to apply?

Hi...not sure where to aim given my stats and ECs: 4.97/5.0 GPA, IBDP student (HLs are Math AA, Physics, English). And 6 AP classes (self-studied two of them...all fours and fives). I did research under an ivy league PhD professor and some PhD students and got paid by the institution the undergrad rate, but the research won't be published (my work helped save $4,000 for the team). I also got a rec letter from that professor (very grateful :)). I also did research and first authored a paper currently submitted for review at ACC (American college of cardiology) where I had various mentors and then also expanded that project to neuroscience and currently am working with new CS team of college students to submit to NeurlPS. I also did pf debate and was semifinalist at a few national tournaments (but not the very top like NSDA, TOC). I'm worried since I'm a senior now, and a lot of the research I've done is still under review....we may or may not get accepted to the conferences. My SAT was also low (750 rd, 740 Eng =1490) because I never really had time to fully commit to a study plan. Basically, I'm not sure which colleges are a good "fit" for me personally.
