Hi, it depends on what gpa you currently have ! I know you mentioned low but I just wanted to know if you have a gpa higher than 3.0 , if so you might have a shot to go to colleges like UCLA or some Ivies (like Colombia) but at the same time make sure you take a lot of APs and advanced classes as well as good ec's.
