I am also interested in engineering, though not computer engineering specifically. Some of the best engineering schools include Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), UC Berkley, Stanford, and California Institute of Technology. However, those schools are very difficult to get into, with MIT having an acceptance rate of close to 4%. I'm looking at some engineering schools in Colorado that are good, but not as difficult to get accepted too. I would recommend Colorado School of Mines or University of Colorado Boulder. Hope this is helpful!

Sorry, I deleted my comment by accident. The best schools are schools like MIT and Stanford for computer engineering but it really depends on the strength of your application. For example, if you have a 4.0 GPA good essay good Ecs, you could go to Stanford or MIT, but if you have a 2.0, it's a different story.
