Computer Networking / Cyber security Majors

Hi, currently junior in high school with a 3.65 unweighted including freshman year, 3.83 not including. I'm wondering what colleges would be recommended around California, as well as relatively low tuition costs if possible! If there are any questions about extracurricular or standardized test scores I would love to answer! Thanks in advance.
