How to look for a affordable online college?

I graduated from high school last year and I am currently deciding on attending college. I have a 2.5 GPA. However, I can't afford college and since I got employed I will have to break my time up and attend college part-time. I am looking for a online college that offers a associate's degree for graphic design and psychology since I am thinking about becoming either a graphic artist or psychiatrist.

For associate degrees, your best bet is to look at a local Community College. Most of these schools offer online courses these days and most have extremely low tuition, and depending on your state, many Community Colleges are free. Some words of warning though - psychology takes a lot more than an associate's degree. If you want to become a psychiatrist, you would need your bachelor's and you would need to go to Med School, so just keep it in mind when you're deciding which path to follow. Best of luck!
