How can I be more attractive for competitive schools?

I'm a junior in high school, I'm a student leader of one of the best Treble show choirs in America, and that's pretty much my biggest achievement when it comes to leadership, I take a bunch of AP classes and I have a very high GPA, but I need to find more extracurricular activities and projects, especially since I don't want to go into music for college, is there any good projects to do that aren't major specific?

I would recommend pursuing a project or community service action that relates to your interests. You could also show your impact while being a student leader. Titles matter much less than impact. Try to find some clubs in your school you'd be interested in getting into (not just joining, really participating.) Just lean into your interests, it'll take you in the right direction.
