Looking at your 'resume', I would say you have a decent chance of getting into most schools. As @Anonymous10 said, Case Western is a great one to look at. I know that depending on which region you would like to attend college(or if it even matters to you) will ultimately dictate what colleges you are likely to get into.
For instance, if you're looking more at the West Coast, I would say that UCLA, SDSU, UCSF, Washington State, Oregon State, and other universities along those lines would be your best options. For East Coast, Ruttgers would be a good target school, Penn State, and Boston University as well. For everywhere in between, Case Western is good, University of Illinoid-Chicago, Iowa State, SDSU(South Dakota State), UND(University of North Dakota), University of Nebraska, and definitely IU Bloomington would all be good options for you.
I would say that you would have a decent chance of getting into most of the schools I listed, the UC's can be unpredictable at times I feel. Good luck on your academic journey either way!
I would recommend Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio. They are a really good school for medical majors. They partner with the 3rd best hospital in the world, the Cleveland Clinic, and the University Hospitals Cleveland ranked 15th and 16th globally by some. They aren't an impossible school to get into, and with your transcript, assuming you have a good SAT/ACT score, it should be a target school.
