Colleges seeking NYers

Which colleges in the south are looking for more New Yorkers to attend and will give good tuition reduction?

I used to live in the South so many of these schools are on my list.

I think the best Southern Schools that are known for big out of state discounts are:

-University of Alabama: famous for automatic scholarships

-University of Mississippi (Ole Miss): famous for being generous with merit aid for out of state

-University of Kentucky: famous for offering strong out of state merit packages

-West Virginia University: famous for making out-of-state tuition close to in-state

-University of Tennessee Southern: famous for not having out-of-state tuition, students all pay in-state prices

These schools aren't necessarily looking for more New-Yorkers, but they offer huge reductions on tuition.
