what are good colleges for a person wanting to do laboratory science (medical)?

regarding me

- ~3.65 unweighted gpa, 4.652 weighted as of last semester

- 1470 sat

- 3 ap classes (didn't take ap exam for 2 due to financial constraints), 6 dual credit/college classes, most other classes are honors/advanced classes and/or medical focused classes [taking all that I can; my school offers classes like medical microbiology and pathophysiology]

- decent extracurriculars? multiple honor societies, secretary of aquatic science club, academic octathlon (won 12 medals in 3 competitions at different levels) and HOSA (competed in pathophysiology, got 4th in area, will be competing next year significantly more prepared). planning to improve on all of this next year

things I'm looking for:

- somewhere with very good science programs

- somewhere that has undergraduate and graduate study programs regarding medical science (not clinical practice/pre-med; laboratory and research focus)

- preferably, somewhere in a state with a more cold climate. warm climates aren't a dealbreaker but aren't preferred

- preferably, somewhere with good aid options or affordable tuition

- i'm planning to work on all the weak points regarding myself, so if somewhere's a bit out of reach i'd like to know about that too
