Conrad Challenge Competition prestigiousness

In the past summer, I attended Launchx summer camp. The project my team worked on during the summer camp is likely to get into the Conrad Challenge summit (https://www.conradchallenge.org/conrad-challenge). The selection is about 40 teams out of 700. Does anyone know how prestigious the Conrad Challenge competition is? Would this be considered as a tier 1 or tier 2 extracurricular activity? Thanks!

Since it's a national contest, it is pretty prestigious. It falls under tier one though.
