See if you can use a toy such as a stress ball or a fidget spinner. If you cannot, take deep breaths in your most stressful moments. Also, meditate for a bit before the test beings (maybe ~30 minutes). Have go-to things about which you can think when you're angry; or, imagine the good things that will happen if you do well on the test. I'm not a medical expert (they're all kind of busy right now) but I hope this helps. Enjoy your day.
