Global Classmate Online Exchange

Hi,

I am junior and my plan is it to major in a life science and minor in Japanese Language/Culture. Currently I am having the chance to potentially participate in an online Global Exchange summit for which I applied. The application is competitive with 8 students being selected from about 2K participants.

My school encourages us to participate in the Global Exchange program after school hours to connect and learn directly with japanese students.

I guess my question is, is this something that Collegevine would consider for EC and if so in what category would it fit best on their chancing calculator ?

This is definitely an extracurricular! How to classify it is a little tricky though. It could be around a Tier F interest club or affinity group - that would be my best guess since it is quite selective! Be sure to mention the selectivity on your college apps.
