What grades colleges see are the grades on your school's specific transcripts. For instance, my school's transcripts show each class's final grade for semester 1, final grade for semester 2, and final grade overall. We have a semester system, and while we usually take final exams for all classes (not this year because of covid), the final exam grades don't go on the transcript. If I had an A in a class, got a B on the exam, and my semester grade stayed as an A, colleges would only see the A.

If you have a copy of your transcript, you can look and see what grades colleges will be able to see. If not, you can email your school counselor and ask them this question or for a copy of it.
