What else can I do?

I am a junior in high school currently and getting ready to apply to colleges next year! Due to some medical reasons I was out a few weeks my sophomore year which really hurt my uGPA due to my heavy course load. Since then ive gotten my grades up (my ugpa is a 3.5 and my wGPA is a 5.0/5.0) and I have great extra curriculars. Im prepping for the ACT/SAT and hope to do well- but is there anything else I can do to make up for that blip in the meantime?

Thanks so much :))

You don't need to worry your GPA is really good all you need to do is do good on the ACT but other than that you are doing pretty good. I'm sure the colleges you are planning to apply will understand if you tell them why your GPA went down in your sophomore year. Keep up the good work and good luck on your ACT!

Honestly, you're doing great! If you wish to, you can explain the reason for the blip in your application. I'm pretty sure they will take your medical problems into consideration.
