I was trying to fill payment for sat may registration but it is saying try with another credit card or verify your credit card information

If you are in India, you have to make sure you are not using a VISA MC debit card since they are not compatible with the payment systems they use. Here is the link from the college board. If you are using a legitimate VISA, MC, AMEX, DINERS, or JCB then you should have no problem.

You can pay registration and other fees with these methods:
Credit card: American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and JCB.
PayPal: New PayPal users should set up their accounts before starting registration. Note that payment through PayPal is not available in Ghana. Visit the PayPal website.
Check or money order: Make checks or money orders payable to "The College Board." Checks must be drawn on U.S. banks. Any checks drawn on non-U.S. banks will be returned.
Other: Bank draft.
