Guarantee answer from expert feature
Hi! On one of my posts I accidentally requested an answer from an expert and I got 20 karma taken away. Based on the wording, "Guarantee an answer from an expert for 20 karma," I thought it meant that I would receive 20 karma for checking the box. Furthermore, I did not even receive an answer from an expert on that post. Could I receive my 20 karma back?
