A's in evrything else but a C in GT Chem worried

Hello, so I have A's in Auto Tech, Trig Honors, and English 11 Ap, but a C in GT Chem in my junior year. The classes are only half a year because of Covid. Last semester Sep-Jan I got straight A's in Spanish, Auto Tech, AP Modern World History and Math Analysis Honors. I am worried that my C in Chem GT this first half of second semester will mean I wont get into college. Should I be worried?

I think it depends where you choose to apply. Depending on the rest of your profile, you can still attend a good college, but it may be harder for you to get accepted into your first choice. If you really want to attend a T20 school, I would either do something related to chemistry to demonstrate your proficiency in the course, make sure the other parts of your application stand out or use the Covid section in your applications to explain why your chemistry grade isn't where you would've liked it to be.
