I was wondering how old I have to be for most internships as well?

I think it's easier to get internships the older you are, but not impossible as a sophomore. Here is a list of medical internship ideas: https://blog.collegevine.com/15-medical-internships-for-high-school-students/ and here is a list of computer science/tech internship ideas: https://blog.collegevine.com/computer-science-internships-for-high-school-students/ If an official internship doesn't work out, don't be discouraged. Volunteering at local organization or non-profit could give you similar experience and even set you up well to land an internships next summer.

I know of an organization called LinkedIn which would be helpful because right now when you register, you are given an option of putting on your profile if you are interested in jobs and internships, and you would get many notifications on different internships. you could try that out!
