I think this would look better in your additional Information section or as an "accomplishment" for one of your extracurriculars.

I would personally list this in my additional information section just because the honors section is usually for awards or recognition, and not necessarily for the completion of a course. But it's up to your context, if you have a shortage of honors or awards then maybe it might be better to put these in your honors. If not then I would recommend the additional information.

Yes, that would definitely be something good to list as an honor on your application. Make sure they're courses you're interested in, and it would also help if those courses are related to your major/spike.
