I got my bronze award in girl scouts, but I never got the silver or gold awards. is it still worth mentioning in my common app?
I think you should mention it if the award is significant to you personally. It shows that you put in the time and effort into completing a project. It also shows dedication. But if you have other awards that are more significant to you, I recommend putting those above the bronze award. However, do not put an award on your Common App just to say you have it or just as filler awards.
YES!
Any award/achievement is worth at least mentioning it helps boost your profile and it shows that you are hard-working to be able to get an award and I very much think it would be a good idea to put it on your common app.
I would include it if you do not have many awards.

I agree with @joyous. Definitely share anything that is significant to your development, but if you have more significant awards, list those first. Congrats on the award!
