I really want to study abroad but I'm poor and I can't afford it plus i don't have Sat or Act or any English proficiency test because I am in public Egyptian schools and they are pretty expensive. Is there any chance for me to get a scholarship and study abroad??

When you apply for a college in the U.S. make sure the let them know that you were not able to take the SAT or ACT due to your school. Also about the English Proficiency Test don't worry about that either. If you let the colleges know about your circumstances they will help you. I know some colleges have placement tests for students who study abroad.

But how do I let them know about my circumstances . Almost all of them uses apps like mycoalition and they don't allow us to write why we didn't take the tests

I have a lot of college in mind but when I see there requirements I kinda got confused. The college that come to my mind right now are harvard ,yale, stanford, indiana, princeton, brown, columbia, dartmouth, cornell ,pennsylvania and newyork university which I know they are pretty hard to get into but I'm really open minded to any other college
