If I don't have a Sat or Act but I have a dulingo English proficiency test. Can I still get accepted into a good college with a full scholarship or that will be impossible?? I couldn't afford them plus I will parely afford the doulingo test.

There are a few colleges that you can get scholarships from without SAT/ACT. I would recommend taking the SAT/ACT, if you can, to widen your horizons.

The proplem is that I don't have enough money for them and I have been studying all my life in arabic so it would be pretty hard for me to take them and get a good score

Got you! You can check out the Drexel University Global Scholars Program. Apply for the Full tuition scholarship plus finacial aid (financial aid can housing). They don't require SAT.

You can also check Kalamazoo College and University of Wisconsin-Madison. UW Madison offers a great scholarship called the King Carthridge Scholarship.
