Transfer from another country being american

I'm not sure I entirely understand your question. Do you want to know which colleges you're more likely to be accepted from if you're transferring to FIU? If that's the case I don't think FIU posts individual acceptance rates for students transferring from different colleges.

Having said that, you can find their overall acceptance rate for transfer students which is pretty high at about 75%. If you're from Florida they work with Florida public and community colleges which might make your chances a bit higher.
