What should I do to boost my chances of getting accepted

I have a good academic list: 4.0 overall GPA unweighted, AP classes, Dual Enrollment credits, top 3 in my class, etc but my problem is that I lack in the creative area. I barely have enough volunteer hours and don't really have anything for extracurriculars and time is running out for me. what can I do to build my personal list?

There is not much we can do because it completely depends on your interests, passions, and strengths. If you like reading and writing, then write a short story/a book. If you like swimming and leadership, you can host a mini swimming gala at your local pool or something of the sort.

You need to show your college/uni that you actually have passions and are not all about academics because they want you to actually attend their school, and enjoy the experience there.

Most of the times, whether you know it or not, a lot of companies and small businesses need help, so you can ask for internship placements or choose to volunteer at an animal shelter if you like animals, or even at a center that's helping people out during Covid-19 times...

I hope this helped you in some way, but just to make my point clear, it all depends upon you and what you are interested in and would genuinely enjoy and continue enjoying even at university.
