I have not prepared very much for my AP test. Is it better to take it and very likely get a bad score, or just not take it at all?

It depends on if you can still cancel it or not, I know for my school nobody can cancel their exam anymore. What I would suggest is if you don't really care about the test just skim things over, try your best to do good on the exam, and if you don't do good its okay. Life goes on, I would still recommend taking it because you never know how you will do on it until you try.

I would take it! You can always choose not to submit the score if you get a bad one! Colleges won't care if you don't submit one score, especially because they look at the grade you got in the class. Best of luck!

I ended up taking it. I know I didn't do well on it but my school allows us to exempt finals if we take the AP for that class, so at least I exempted my final!
