I am from India and in 12th grade . I have a deep curiosity on physics and same for management skills.
good afternoon @utkarsh_110 Try to complete specific, quantifiable goals that show that you have left the organization better than you found it. For example, run a membership drive and take note of how many new members you can persuade to join a club, or organize a fundraiser and keep track of how much money you make.
Hi @utkarsh_110,
There are a lot of ways to improve extracurricular activities; One of the best ways for STEM-related fields is earning a research assistant or internship position. This is one of the more difficult things to do though. There are many other, possibly easier ways.
Another great one is starting a student-led club or organization because it shows you have initiative and are passionate enough to encourage others to join you. Tutoring other and/or younger students in the subject you are intending to major in (Physics) is also a viable option, either paid or unpaid.
I encourage you to take a look at a "How to Develop a Extracurricular Spike Post" that I'll link below since it sums up a lot of the good options. Even if they are not directly related to your field, they can be edited to do so and will possibly give you some ideas.
Keep in mind, it may be a little bit difficult to implement these solutions in India as they are geared towards people from the US and most likely written by those in the US (like me).
Let me know if you found this useful. Thanks!
