The University of Utah has over 200 scholarships so here is a link to the main scholarship page for you to check out. Also if you are low income and qualify for the Pell Grant and live in Utah, I believe you can get tuition and fees free. But you have to pay for room and board. I think the cut-off is a 3.2 GPA on that program.
