First congrats on your accomplishments and your desire to pursue a Ph.D. program.

This website is specifically designed for high school students trying to get into an undergraduate program at a university. 100% of its content is geared toward that goal. Therefore, this is the wrong venue for your inquiry.

None of us have a 2 year or 4-year degree that are members who can accurately answer your question. Our immediate thoughts about Harvard is that it's the hardest school to get into in America, and certainly for undergraduates even having a perfect 4.0 (4.0 scale) doesn't ensure any kind of confidence for its applicants. In recent years 8000 (out of 57000) applicants who applied for the 1650 spots had perfect 4.0 GPAs.

I googled Ph.D. in Business Econ. and learned that their admit rate is around 4% so only 34 students out of 864 applicants were admitted in the recent cycle. It doesn't mention stats or test scores so I'm assuming that those who were admitted had exemplary academic records and standardized test scores as well.

I recommend that you make your inquiry directly to the Harvard Business School and see if you qualify. Good luck.
