Well, it depends on what you like but for me as a rising senior this year I took AP US History, AP English Language, AP Biology, and AP Spanish Language, Physics Honors, Art 1, and Algebra 2 Honors. It matters what you have an interest in like for me I took Sciences as I plan for a Pre-Med path but keep in mind there are some requirement classes you might take like for Fine Arts I took Art. And Junior year grades matter so take classes you can also do well in as GPA also will be important.

Depends on what you are interested in. Since junior year is the past year yo improve your GPA before college apps, try taking some ap/ib classes in order to boost the GPA. Try being consistent in electives like fine arts to show colleges interests in something other than studies, but I don't really know what else to say since you didn't specify what exactly you are interested career wise. If you are interested in stem, take lots of core subjects like biology, chemistry, physics, and whatever other courses your school offers.
