Common App filling the forms question.
My counselor and teachers are not English native, should I ask them to fill the Common App in Spanish in a separate docx file and then send it to me to be translated the docx file in English by a professional, and finally the translated information version be filled and submitted to the Common App forms officially?

You have outlined the right steps to take. Make sure to not look at the recommendation letters yourself because American colleges do not want applicants to have any influence on them. Your teachers should send them directly to a translation agency, and then the agency or professional will submit the letters. Colleges will want to see the letters in their original language in addition to the translations. Hope this helps!
