So, I'm from Brazil and our school system is fairly different. My school does not offer that much extracurriculars, unless its sports witch I don't do hahah, so as my school doesn't help me that much in this sense, I need to ask: what can qualify as an extracurricular? Right now I can't think of anything that I did this past few years (this might sound lazy af but the system here doesn't encorage these things). Also I'm in my senior year (school here is febuary-december mostly), what can I start doing to improve my chances?
Thank you for any responses and sorry for possible grammar mistakes.
There are so many things you can do! I recommend finding something you are already passionate about and further it as far as you can. Also if you know what you want to major you can find an extracurricular that correlates with your major and desired career. Here is a list of more extracurricular activities that I hope helps!
Get involved with local businesses
Play a sport
Baking
Get an internship/ job
Online clubs
Student activism
Painting
Designing
Research
Starting a business
Writing a book or article

Ohh thanks! That already helped alot! I want to major in anthropology, so I'll see what's available. I do love baking/cooking but never did any sorta course, just do at home for fun and kinda study about different cuisines, so can I still put that in? If so, how do I do it if its nothing registered?
