How can I say this during my Application?
Answered

I'm an International Student from Brazil, and my HS is a full-time professional school. Through the 3 years that I've been there I've taken close to 70 courses, including some in Computer Science, so when I graduate I'll have a Computer Technician Degree, because of the level of said courses. How can I put those things on my application? Shoul I just put my transcript? Would those professional courses on CS be any good? Is the fact that I took 70ish courses, while most Brazilians take 30-40ish, any good?

I think a transcript is the most organized way to show this. The fact that you took so many more courses and that they were difficult should have a positive effect on your application. It is truly impressive.
