How do I put home responsibilities on my application? Do I even put it there? It's not a job, just work I have to do at home every day due to some circumstances .

This is actually an option on the CommonApp if you scroll through the type of activities. Admissions officers definitely take this into consideration.

I would recommend you use the additional information section on your application. I believe you can have up to 500 words so it should give you enough space to elaborate on your home responsibilities and circumstances.
