Essays are for showing admission officers who you are as a person, your passions. You’re essay should never be a list of everything you do, you can always add all these activities on the list of interests. You can also mention all these things if you get an interview. But I repeat, don’t use an essay to mention every activity you do.

If that is the prompt you decided to answer then talk about that experience with your friends, not all your ECs.
