Should I worry about sending my SAT essay scores?

I recently took the SAT and did well on the test itself. However, I got essay scores that were less than ideal. Is it possible to only send my Reading/Language and Math portions by omitting the essay scores? Should I even be worried if the colleges I am applying to do not require the SAT essay?

You unfortunately cannot send in your composite SAT scores without including your essay score. However, the good news is that colleges that do not require the essay will not care about your score. If you want to apply to schools that require the essay, you can retake the SAT and submit superscored results. Hope this helps!
