Problems with ApplyTexas?
Answered

I applied to Texas A&M and had issues with the scholarship page. Did anyone else have this problem? Additionally, I haven't gotten an email with login information from any of the colleges I've applied to, and it's been more than the 1-2 business days listed. When should I contact the schools to ask about the status of them receiving my application?

I haven't gotten that far in my application yet. Just to check, you applied at goapplytexas.org? I know it used to be applytexas.org.

Yes I used goapplytexas.org. I saw somewhere that there were delays with applications until July 22, but that passed, so I assumed the issues were fixed. Now I am panicking lol.

Have you emailed TAMU admissions? Or the admissions people for the other colleges.

Yes I called admissions customer service and was told they would not be able to access my application yet.

Did you ever get your problem resolved? If not, this might be something you want to reach out to ApplyTexas customer support about.

What was your issue with the scholarship page? I did find this: https://web-as.tamu.edu/ApplyTexasSpecialInstructions/Scholarships/tamu.html which makes it look like there's special steps you need to take for the scholarship section? The scholarship application isn't considered complete until Texas A&M receives all required supporting documents so maybe that is the issue? I know this isn't super helpful but trying to offer support where I can.
