According to Art 4 Health foundation, conceptual art definitely does. There are a lot of other ways to manage stress during the high school years. To check out a discussion presented by this foundation with students going into Ivies - Princeton and Harvard, register - HTTP://tinyurl.com/totebags21
In the future, I would post discussion topics under Discussion vs. Admissions Advice where the norm is to ask a question about college admissions preparation or the admissions process. This is more of a share if that makes sense.
I think hobbies CAN help manage stress and anxiety if implemented correctly. Using hobbies as a break from stressful responsibilities helps, but using hobbies as a way to escape or procrastinate stressful responsibilities just makes you feel guilty for not doing whatever it is you are supposed to be doing.
Absolutely! Hobbies allow you to take a break from other responsibilities and do something fun and productive. Also they can give you space to think and process without sitting still and doing absolutely nothing.
Yes, I think that hobbies can help mange stress because it helps you get your mind off the thing that are making you stress about and take a break from the world or school. I get stressed out a lot and a hobby that I do is read a book I like and it helps me get my mind off things that are stressful. I also listen to music. Just find something that will take your mind off things and take a break from it if you start feeling stressed out because if you are stressed it is not your best work now is it.

Sleep is a basic need of life. It is an essential part of our daily lives, as well as an important factor in maintaining physical and mental health. Sleep prevents us from getting stressed out and keeps us fresh, clear-headed and well-rested for the next day's work. But sometimes we can't sleep because we're simply too tired. And I have this problem now.
