MUN/MC Best Delegate AwardAnswered
Hello, this is a very specific question for a certain group of people, but how much do Best Delegate awards count for on college applications. I am a rising sophomore, and so far I have one Best Delegate award from Harvard Model Congress.

Hi!
In my experience, Best Delegate is the highest award you can get in a Model UN committee. At a big conference like Harvard this is pretty impressive, but how much it 'counts' depends on where you're applying and the rest of your profile. You'll still need adequate grades for wherever you're applying, but achievements within a specific activity like MUN can help you stand out as a particularly motivated and accomplished applicant.
