Can I get selected at Ivys and top-tier US unis with a stellar A level and SAT results only?

My gcse O level exams was not that good. (3.96 gpa). However, I cleared the regional Physics Olympiad thrice( twice in cactegory B, once in category C) and got selected as a finalist in a selective water research competition.

You sound pretty successful in school. Colleges will also be looking for things such as extracurriculars and how you're involved in your community, things like that. Top schools obviously emphasize grades and test scores, but they also want to know who you are as a person. Sports, clubs, community service, and especially your essay are factors that some people ddon't think about before they apply to college. Good luck, hope this helps!
