For an internship, see if she could work along side a pharmacist at a local pharmacy (Walgreens, CVS, etc.). Some pharmacists are willing to work with high school interns, and they usually have graduate students interning too, which mean your student would get to work directly with a certified pharmacist and a current graduate student. For classes, see if her school offers things like organic chemistry, anatomy and physiology, and AP science classes. Also check into clubs! See if the school offers an medical or science clubs that she could join as an extracurricular activity.
