Resume or List of Extracurriculars?

I am applying to Tulane and they have a place to upload a pdf of what is supposed to be a resume of a list of extracurriculars. Can someone help me find guidelines on making one, because I know there should be a limit on words and the number of ECs you can normally add but I am not sure if the same rules apply? For example, I know there is a limit of like 5 honor societies that you can add. I also have already completed one of their essays prompts that ask to elaborate on one of your extracurriculars in 250 words, so do I write another description for that EC. Links to videos or examples would be much appreciated.
