Most of my main extra-curricular activities are in 12 grade (senior year). So, is that going to reflect negatively on my application?
Also, can I mention more than one organization in the Activities section of the Common App for a particular activity like writing for several online magazines/blogs?

Colleges will love to see that you are involved in any organization at any capacity. There is a chance that at some highly selective colleges, it could but most likely, it will not affect your chances. You can definitely mention your writings under the activities section. That is so cool! Best of luck!
