What should i do if my school gives Marks in percentage instead of GPA?

in my country, there is no specific no. of classes, and we have all the things such as calculus, algebra, trigonometry in the category of mathematics and we get an overall percentage marks out of a hundred percent, then what should I do get GPA for the application process or I shouldn't go for the conversion. if I should convert then how should I convert.

If you are applying to colleges on the Common App or the Coalition App you have the option to submit your GPA in different scales including 100 point scale. There are actually many private schools in the US that give out 100 point scale GPAs and not 4.0 scale grades. Therefore, this will NOT be a problem for you whatsoever. Since colleges expect the actual recorded GPA, I wouldn't bother converting it because you might make a mistake which will potentially count against you if you converted it wrong.

Good Luck
