Hello,

I have given running commentary during a sports meet in our school. Will it be a good extra circular?

Anything that you are passionate about can be an extracurricular. Admissions officers always look to see if you can take your interests further, by gaining a leadership role or maybe commentating a charity event, etc. You got this!

Yes! This seems like a big role and even if not it is something you enjoy. It is even better if it is something you want to continue at college or for a job or it is related someone, but it doesn't have to be! I was in band in high school however I do not plan on doing much with music in college, if at all.

As long as you stay consistent with your activity, colleges would view that as being involved and dedicated. They care more about quality than quantity. Just try to get a higher position if possible. Don't be content with mediocre if that's the only extracurricular activity you are doing. Aim for those leadership positions!
