Hello I'm applying to for 16 university now for fall 2022 unfortunately I took the Duolingo English test and i didn't meet the requirements , there's 20 marks missing.

All the universities that I'm applying to needs 120 does that meen that i need to withdraw all my applications?

And well i get rejected just because the language ?

My application is strong except the language 😓

I would double and triple check to see if those 16 schools require a duolingo, TOEFL or IELTS English score or not. If they do, then I would not waste the application fees to the colleges because if you do not meet their suggested minimum requirements, it would be futile to apply. You will probably not get admitted. If you are mistaken and these schools do not require these tests, then I would still apply.

Typically 100 is the target TOEFL minimum standard which is 120 on the Duolingo test.

Good luck.
