I am new to collegevine and I just posted a question on my feed, yet when I did, it asked me if I wanted a pro response for 20 karma. I think I understand karma, but how can I get karmas?

Welcome to Collegevine! As far as I know, there are two ways to get karmas. The first is by reviewing essays. You can get karmas if you go to “hire a counselor”, then “essay review” and you choose an essay to review. If you review an essay, you will get 10 karma, but if your essay received a 5/5 rating, you will get 20 karma.
The other way to earn karmas is by asking and answering in you feed. If you ask a question, and you receive upvotes on it, every upvote you receive, transforms into a karma. The same goes with answering, yet if your answer is accepted (meaning it is the best answer), the you receive 20 karma!

I heard you can get karmas from asking and answering questions on College Vine.
You can get Karma's by asking questions and receiving up votes for them, I believe you can also earn them by answering questions but I'm not positive on that one, hope that was helpful. Have a nice day!
