colleges understand that some schools don't offer such classses.

it will hurt you if your school does offer them, but you didn't take them.

The colleges you're applying to will see that your school doesn't offer AP courses in the profiles they submit, and your application won't suffer at all! Don't worry about it, a college won't think less of you because you didn't take any AP courses if there weren't any AP courses to be taken in the first place
