To be completely honest, just do what you're passionate about! Colleges want you for who you are, and the best way to show that is through participating in activities that you genuinely enjoy.
That being said, it's best to get at least a few leadership positions, especially in the activities you care about the most. Not only does it show how truly committed you are to the activity, but also how you work as a leader.
Some additional things to consider would be completing a summer program in your intended major. For example, if you were to go into computer science, you may want to look into attending a coding bootcamp. Internships/jobs in your career path are very valuable as well.
